Coreplayer question

Hi !
I used TCPMP in Win Mobile. Now, I''ve a Symbian phone. But Coreplayer don't have trials. I wonder if anybody can help me with these questions. I have a Nokia N79.

1. Can the Coreplayer play in background ? How do I activate it ? By pressing the Red (End Call key) or must I press the left softkey and then select Standby ?

2. When the player is in the background, am I still able to use the Hotkeys ? In TCPMP, hotkey is possible when the player is in the background. I think this is pretty much hardware dependent, so I think it's better to check with Symbian users. I have this habit of programming the Green (Call key) key to stop and exit the player when the player is in the backgroud.

Thanks very much.

The N97 has got multitasking facility . Press Menu to play an application (e.g. Coreplayer) . While playing , press Menu again and choose another App (e.g.Messaging or anything else) , etc , etc . BTW there is a limit , mainly due to the amount of RAM available .
When you are in e.g. Messaging , LONGpress menu-key : now you will see the Apps operating in the background (multitasking) . Click one to view , or press "C" button to end the specific Task .
Another way to end a Task is pressing the Red key , while playing the specific Task .

You mean the Red key ends an application ? I've trying LCG Jukebox and I press the Red key, it sends the application to the background instead. I'm hoping that the same will happen to Coreplayer as I'm very used to doing this in Win Mobile.

Can confirm whether the Red Key sends Coreplayer to background or kills it ? Thanks a lot...
