nokia E61 network locked

hi,
i want to use e61 with another gsm provider.
but when i insert Sim it says "SIM CARD NOT VALID"
mobile is locked to "Orange network in Israel"
i want to use this mobile in turkey with "Telsim vodafone"

i never do that before,but i heard that it's a complicated job to make it unlocked. sometthing need to be done with the hardware.
i got a friend in Romania who is good at unlocking, but none for me~~O(��_��)O~~
