The only thing large companies fear is bad publicity, particularly if it's on national TV.
Seems a shame that it has come to this though. 😡
i mailed watchdog a few weeks back. I wonder what their threshold is before they cover something?

Watchdog do actually have to cover it on live TV for a company to get their finger out, in my experience.
All it needs is for a company to get a whiff of an investigation and their PR deptartment will spring into action for "Damage Limitation".
Might also be worth sending a "Press Release" of your own, detailing the problem/s, out to the technology writers of the major newspapers with a courtesy copy to Nokia's press department.
