On the N95 8GB you can install Truphone and it sorts all the SIP settings out and you can then remove it and continue to use your truphone VOIP using the built in internet tel app from nokia which is much neater IMO.
Where is this internet tel icon on the N86 8MP??

You now have to install the voip 'stack' separately (I am sure this has nothing to do with pressure from operators to make it harder to set this stuff up :rolleyes😊

Yup - it's built into the firmware now... Just select radio and it should give you the option of FM or Internet... 😊
