just been into my quidco account, the 15% cashback which WAS there at the time has been declined, i've resubmitted it
then i looked up nokia under merchants, it now says N97 cashback is 12% for N97
i'm certain at the time of ordering it was 15%
has anyone had their 15% cashback validated?

Tracked and validated. Looks like i've only received 10% though. not too fussed. Only a couple of quid.
after checking quidco its only gone through at 5%. i posted an enquiry to quico who said that 5% was the amount of cashback available at the time.
Anyone else had problems??
i ordered on 16th June, and the cashback rate at the time was 15%
there was an item on UK hot deals at the time stating the 15% cashback on the N97
You'll hate me. Although Nokia cancelled my order, they've given me a full Quidco Payment! :tongue:
Given the amount of grief you got from Nokia with ordering the phone in the first place, i think you deserve it!
i've raised a query, hopefully will get at least 10%, but i'm not counting any chickens.....
