Ive just noticed this.. When I start an MP3 with the stylus and then put the stylus back in its place it seems like it pushes against the MS and the MP3 starts over from the beginning!!! Anyone else ???

This is true for all P800 phones.
The fix is as simple as it's easy, when the duo is seated in its slot try pushing it towards the bottom of the phone until the lower part of the duo is aligned to the lower side of the slot and there's a one-two mm glitch on the upper side of the duo.
You may need to push your mem stick until you hear a "click" sound which tells you that the stick is properly sitted in the slot. I use my pen often but didn't had this problems with the mem stick.

Agrre - this is no problem once the MS is all the way in.
I disagree  Doesnt matter how I push and pull...
So, do you mean that you don't hear the click and your MS doesn't lock into the slot? Your MS is loose or what? This is what I have in mine, once the MS is locked in the slot, the back of the MS should be aligned and flat with the pen slot. Removing the pen and putting it back won't touch the MS.
I do hear the click - but the ms still sticks out about half a mm. Then when I put the stylus in place, it pushes (I guess..) against the memory stick and the MP3 playing will stop (not pause..). BTW - it su**s that you cant FF or REW. The sound player should have one of those timelines that the voice recorder has (and a way to control it in flip closed mode).
