Could you explain me what does it mean for me if I live in UK, please.
Can I use this phone without any problems here in UK?
What about warranty? Is it valid in UK as well?
What are the differences between NAM and European versions?

Phone bought in another country, the warranty only covers that country. So if you by the N97 in the US and bring it over to the UK, it will work, but if something happens to it, then you are dead. Unless you go for another trip over to the US and get it sorted over there.
Want to risk it fine, but thats your choice. Personally, I wouldn't.
