Is it possible to instal a scanned OS map onto the memory card and use the installed gps on the same scanned map????: On Nokia 5800

Really short answer, no.
Slightly longer answer, a scan is merely a picture and contains no position data. It is therefore meaningless to the GPS application, you might as well present it with a picture of your dog and expect it to know which end to stick the bone in.😮
A rather crude analogy but hopefully you get the concept.
