I guess this is the right place for comments about the 5530, since it's a Nokia numbered S60 5.0 phone.
I purchased the 5530 10 days ago from the Carphone Warehouse. They said 'if it's faulty bring it back and we will replace it with the same model, but we are not able to change it for any other reason.'
The phone works ok, apart from a few niggles which I hope will be sorted with an update.
But.......... please look here and give me your expert advice.

Reading that page I got the impression that the 5530 is a 'comes with music' phone, but it does not. This page is very misleading and I think it is set up for future 5530 handsets that may well have 'comes with music'.
I contacted Nokia and my complaint was passed to a higher level and after four days I got a call from the higher level who said the site is not misleading and that there is nothing they can do.
What do you think about that page? Is it the average punters fault for assuming that the 5530 has the 'comes with music' option just because the 'comes with music' wording is on the same page and beside the picture of the phone or should Nokia amend the page so as not to mislead.
I can live without some free music and I will get over it :frown:, but it's the attitude of the higher level person that has wound me up. He more or less said it was my fault for not reading the website in more detail.
A few free downloads to keep me happy and a slight amendment to the page was all that was needed. Instead this punter may well consider SE next time.
