GPRS Connection Problem

Does anyone else have a problem getting a connection to the internet via GPRS?
I'm in Canada on Rogers AT&T system and can't get my 3650 to work with the 'services' browser. It seems to connect then 'time out'.
Are there other browsers available for this phone? Anyone else out there from Canada that can share there working 3650 Rogers GPRS settings?
