I cannot connect Nokia 5630 XpressMusic to my computer using PC Suite. When i try to connect i select "Usb Mode : PC Suite" from the phone interface, and then it says "Usb connected in PC Suite mode", so everything looks ok on the phone. However, on the computer i get the following error message from PC Suite after a few seconds :
"PC Suite does not recognize the connected phone. PC Suite cannot read the required information from the phone. Check that the connected phone is supported by the PC Suite."
I am using a CA-101 nokia connectivity cable. In Control Panel > Nokia Connection Manager, for "Connections available :", both "Serial cable (CA-42)" and "USB cable" are checked. Also in "Device Manager" i can see the device as "Nokia 5630 XpressMusic USB (COM21)" in "Ports (COM & LPT)", as well as in "Wireless Communication Devices" and "Modems".
The operating system version installed on my Nokia 5630 phone is "Software version : 021.018RD".
The problem is that i cannot successfully connect the phone to my computer using the CA-101 usb cable, i don't know why, even though on the phone it seems ok. I always get the above mentioned error message. Someone help me please, any suggestion would be a real help.
