C:/System/ Cache?

Ok, I give in, where is it?

I'm trying to free up some space on the C drive, and keep reading about clearing the cache and deleting it from the C drive. Have installed Xplore file manager, and even taht can't find the cache. I'm down to less than 1mb on the C drive.

Will tidy up all the unused apps from C drive, and also move messages to E.

bless ...... go to your internet server connection (or just press the picture of the earth lol) and while it's kicking in you can just press options, clear privacy data, cache and it's done 😉

or download y browser enter y browser go to c drive then system and delete cashe and dmgr files . this will free up more space then doing it through internet browser .

cheers folks for the help. Have d/loaded Y Browser, but decided to install Xplore instead.

Will maybe give that a try!

You can use Xplore to do this (I really like the interface). As the cache folder is a system folder it isn't visible by default though. To sort this in Xplore go to Menu > Tools > Configuration and make sure the options 'Show Hidden Files' and 'Show System files/folders' are both ticked.

You only need to do this once and Xplore will retain these preferences.

A handy shortcut (that I only found by accident) to delete any file/folder in Xplore is to hold your finger for a second or two on the folder, this will then bring up a circle with four shortcut options:
- Make Dir
- Delete
- Rename
- Send by

I'm currently deleting my cache and dmgr folders about 3 times per day, so am well practiced now!
