After the problems being reported world-wide with Nokia's Customer Care (or lack thereof!), I have initiated a dialog with Nokiausa.com's Support via email in an effort to document and preserve my rights under the consumer protection laws of the United States.

My two complaints--lens scratching due to poor quality/design-flaws -AND- GPS poor functionality (jumping locations by large distances even while standing still).

This is pretty much necessary since we don't have but two Nokia storefronts in the whole country--New York City and Chicago.

Has anyone else in the US contacted Nokia yet?
