Use a M-Bus Cable and b-phreaks eeprom tools v3.1

Yeah I get this problem on my 9210 when you can unlock the 9210 phone screen but when you open up the 9210 it stays locked!
The only solution is to take off the battrey and reboot it!
Its just another problem which I have to F**kin live with on a weekly basis with my 9210!
