Nokia N97 Firmware problem

I am trying to update firmware of my N97 from Nokia software updater but after downloading complete 142 MB file I usually gets a message that downloading update failed

I am using windows7 build 7100 I disable my eset antivirus

Currently my firmware version is 10.0.009

Hiya, lots of problems with early builds of Windows 7... either use final (7600) or do your firmware upgrade on XP/Vista...
