Hey all,
Just a quick question to all.
If you all could take a quick look at your call end key (red one) on your N97s when it is illuminated, is it illuminated evenly. I have just noticed that my call end key is strongly illuminated at the bottom but lightly illuminated at the top.
Just wondering if I've got a duff phone or that the keys irregular illumination is the same on everyone else's?

Same here.
Good old Nokia i spose. Was just concerned there as i have customised my N97 to hell and back as well as cramming it with all sorts of guff. Didnt fancy wiping it and sending it off for repair/replacement. Just looks a little naff is all. The point of these high end devices was attention to detail but thats probably just me :frown: oh well, thanks guys for taking the time to look!

Bet if you open the slide the cursor/mouse button whatever you want to call it is the same:mad😛oorly lit on the bottm left corner
Mine's evenly lit on Call and End keys.
Interesting, where did you purchase your handset from and when. Just wondering if it only effected early models. Bought mine in august.

Mine is slightly brighter at the bottom too ..... but hey ...... my lens is all good so i'm not complaining 😃

Interesting. Must be luck of the draw. Touch wood, my lense hasnt sufford the dredded self harm issue!
