After upgrading to v400, the phone worked good for sometime. But after 3 days, I cannot use the wifi or gprs from my phone. All parameters are correct. When I hit the browser and use the gprs, it says connection not found. When I use the browser with the WLAN...it says close the active wlan connection!!
Any help here would be amazing.

Try a hard reset , when reboot doesn't help . Or do a new reinstall and after the reinstall a hard reset . Be sure to have a Backup of your important data . See for reset : http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/81021/

When I try hard or soft reset, it is asking me for a lock code. I don' t remember putting in a code. How do we get around this?

The default Nokia code = 12345 . (Did you read the manual .....?)
