Is there any way to set my RSS feeds to update automatically via internet not wlan because everytime i click on it to refresh it always asks me to select an access point.
hence it wont update automatically because an access point needs to be selected everytime it tries to refresh by itself

Have you set up Destinations on your handset and then prioritised your access points?

Web->Options->Settings->Web feeds->Acc. point for auto-update

This needs to be set for your auto-update destination.
Your destinations needs to be configured as well.

FYI...I have mine set for AT&T Internet since I have an unlimited data plan and it works just fine. The data requirements for RSS are rather small though I have 10 feeds configured.
