Hi all,
I'm due a free upgrade and I am considering upgrading from my 5800 to the N97. As a 5800 user i'm familiar with all the quirks. One question I do have is around text entry options. Obviously it has a QWERTY keyboard but I wanted to know if the virtual querty, mini qwerty and the virtual keypad from the 5800 have made it on the the n97.

No need for virtual QWERTY on the N97 but we do have virtual keypad and also handwriting entry, FWIW 😉
As the qwerty response to the touch is poor enough, a virtual qwerty, mini qwerty would be good order....
and also agree, that why bother for one.. the phone wont work even if the virtual qwerty did !! 😊
Now we have bought the phone, Nokia has done its bit.. we have pleaded to Nokia Care, yelled at the forums to no avail....all we can now do is pray for some miracle to happen. Cheers !

:bebored: Well for what it's worth, my QWERTY keyboard works just fine, as does the rest of my N97.
