Hi,
I'd changed the Product code Using NSS & Updated to latest firmware Via NSU, After hardreset I've lost Applications like Accu weather -Facebook !
Seconly When I go into Filemanager there Mass memory isn't showing how much memory is lefts etc, If i click on mass memory It's empty & saying message "Memory in use" !
What should I do now ? How to get those applications back ?

The applications you're missing are easily replaced via the Ovi store or Daves freeware site
Not sure about your mass memory, have you tried formatting it?

I have closed the wideset on screen (Which saying loading) Now I can access Mass memory but now I'm Not able to open "APPLCATION FOLDER" & now nothing is selectable, It just hang....
Shall I reinstall firmware again or what ?
As Zyyb mentioned, the applications you are missing are easily replaced (and should be to E: Mass Memory) from either the OVI store or davecozens site, here:-
As for your E: (Mass Memory) being blank this should not happen usually.
Try unplugging your USB and rebooting the phone to see if this helps.
If not, then I trust you did a back-up mwith PC Suite before debranding and you can reload your E: drive (and only your E: drive) from that.

DON'T PANIC!
Take a deep breath.
If you are connected to your computer in Mass Storage mode then disconnect by selecting the Safely Remove Hasrdware icon on your computers taskbar. If you just pull the USB out in Mass storage mode you will run the risk of corrupting your phone's Mass Memory.

HDD(Mass memory) is faulty ? or firmware is not correct ?
After several restarts it works & after that It won't !

This may explain why your Mass Memory is empty don't you think?
As you have a new phone and nothing to lose on C: or E: then you can do a reset, sometimes referred to as the "Vulcan Death Grip", which will reboot your phone to factory settings.

Even if it's empty then I will be able to see or browse Mass memory ? Which I'm not & Can't even format in pc 😞

It's a hardware problem ?
So... you're disconnected fro the computer... you've removed the battery... you've replaced the battery... you applied the Vulcan Death Grip and then powered your phone on at the same time?

I just disconnect & turn it off & perform that steps, no battery taking out step though...
Do the battery taking out and putting back please.

OK... if you type in *#0000# from your home screen does it show that you are on version 12?
Either way, it might be a good idea to connect the phone in PC Suite mode and reinstall the firmware again. If after updating, leave it 2/3 minutes after it says update finished, the phone bricks or you get a white screen or it looks "funny" just disconnect, take out and replace the battery, do nthe Vulcan death Grip and power up, contiuing to hold those three keys down.

Now getting this message intervals -
"Disk error - cannot complete write retry or data will be lost"
