Can't remove micro sd card

pAnyone having problems with their micro sd card? I've got an 8gb one in my N97 and can't get the thing out. Can't get a decent grip on it, don't want to force it or I may break it or damage the phone. Tried using the spring thing but it won't flick it out far enough. So it's stuck in there for now. Maybe I'm missing a technic or something.

Anyone else having problems?

I use a Fujitsu 1 GB MicroSD card. It has a t-i-n-y little indentation on the top edge which you are supposed to fit a fingernail in to leverage it out.

I find that it takes a little finesse to coax it out. Forcing just doesn't do it.

Don't forget to use "Remove Memory Card" in the File Manager before taking the card out.

from the girlfriend / wife .. that works for me .. but yeah its well hard .. I guess for a reason.

The man in the Nokia shop shoved a long thin pointy knife under it to lever it out of my old phone for the new one! Glad it was him not me!

Yup, its a bit of a toughie to get out. Stuck a micro screw-driver to get the thing out

I had some troubles as well, but the technique that helped me was to push the SD-card in, and quickly remove my finger so the SD-card would bounce further out than it did when I push it and slowly release it.

Try it, worked for me!
