I searched the forum on this topic, but the suggestions were few to minimal. I lost my keypad flip along with the extra plate and stylus. Anywho, because the states aren't carrying the P800s yet I have resorted to calling the UK help desk. They referred me to a few service centers all of which stated that they will no send out a part. They are requiring customers to ship their entire unit in order for their service techs to attach a "detachable keypad" that takes about 30 secs to attach. Has anyone successfully convinced anyone or service center to send you that keypad? I think these people are droids for the fact that they relate adding a removable part needs to their standard service protocols. As long as one can provide proof of purchase or warranty they don't need to pay their tech about 60 bucks + to do a 30 sec job. If anyone has a keypad they want to sell or can point me to a reliable source that won't require my phone please reply. Thanks.
