log time is 30 minutes late

i installed world time and later after evaluation period deleted it. now the log file shows all time less 30 minutes. ie. if the call was made or received at 10.00 am, the actual log shows only 9.30.
how do i correct it.

Is your phone clock telling the right time?

Have you just synched with your PC (the phone picks up the time from the pc)?

I have a similar issue, with either Handy Clock or World ClockPro - if I enter either of the apps (I only have one installed at a time), sometimes (only sometimes) the phone clock displays a time 6 hours earlier!

Since I've seen this phenomenon with 2 different apps, I suspect it's down to either the firmware directly, or any app's interaction with the firmware.

I'm on 3.16 (until I can get down to a NSC...)

Paul

Ok I have now discovered it's not firmware

Problem is with World Clock Pro. It seems to set Time zone to GMT 00h00

That would explain why the time difference differs.

My log is 2hrs early

Will contact psiloc

I use World Clock 1.21F

hi i have problems with my log as well. all the timings are 30 minutes late.
i get a call at 3 p.m. the log shows at 2.30 p.m. i dont even have world clock or handy clock installed, then y am i havin this problem. i had 3.12 earlier as well and had same problem, now it still continues on 4.39 as well.
Hi Paul

It might be firmware. I have 4.39 and use Handy Clock with no problems.
Excuse me, may I ask how much space that Handy Clock is using? Does it show the time and date for other countries in the world aside from the chosen 2 other cities?

I've tried the trial version of World Clock Pro but I removed it coz its not doing its function properly for unknown reason.

Appreciate your response since you are using handy Clock and we have the same firmware version.

Thanks

I think that you should just turn off the "Auto time update" to "Off" it is found in the "Date and time" of "Settings" from "Tools" folder.

Ok answer is simple

Set the home city to a city different to your time zone. World clock will ask you to set your time zone to new time zone. Select yes to change. Now set home city to your city and select yes again when prompted for change. Everything should be fine now.

Sorry I've deleted my trial of Handy Clock.

World Clock is working perfect now though and it has advantage of setting multiple alarms and changing alarm sound.
