My phone has been rebooting itself quite frequently this week :icon13: but now I have just taken a photo and its has crashed and will not reboot I just get the white screen with the blue Nokia across the top. Any suggestions would a reset help? If so how do I do it?

Have you tried taking the battery out?
Otherwise it might have to be the death grip...don't know what others thing?

Grrr! Same thing's happened to me tonight too.
I've tried taking the battery out several times; booting with the external charger plugged in and the power button held down; and am now starting to face the prospect and the pain of a hard reset (see this thread posted by Biggzy for a very well illustrated 'how to' guide)
Have you installed anything new recently? The only thing I've added in the past week has been the Play DJ app posted on here - I'm wondering if that's caused a conflict with something else perhaps?
Well it ended up being a hard reset :frown: not the best solution I am getting to the point where I have had enough of this phone maybe time to demand a different phone from 3
