Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.

No idea, but a freind of mine has one and he has built a database on his 9210 with all the frequencies (using PowerBase or whatever it's called). Intrested? if so I'll point him over here and the 2 of you can chat...

OH yes please, any recommendat6oins or help on Radio frequencies would be very much appreciated.

HI,

Would you also ask your friend which is the best one to buy?

And also what to look out for, I want to be able to scan all freqencies in the UK!

If you can get your hands on some of the catalogues that come from proper electrical componant retailers, like micromart (the equiv of radio shack over here) or some of the old '80's C.B. shops, you can buy scanners with a design, or build your own scanner to fit your purpose, anything you like. They even do a nice microwave and i.r. reader which allows you to sample the airwaves around you and copy any frequency in local use! You probably need to be a spy or private dick to want to read these freq's but the gear is there if u want it!
