i am a newcomer to these forums.
I have just purchased a 5800 and have installed a nokia 16 gb card.
I am also a keen photographer and wish to use the camera as a backup to my DSLR.
I was wondering whether there is any way of improving the apparent native format the phone uses to save my images, either by changing to a TIFF, or by reducing the stadard compression that the camera applies, before it saves the image to the card, in order to obtain higher resolution prints.
I have seen a software elsewhere which claims to offer an Adobe DNG format but that is a leap too far for me
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
