The same little problem I think alot of people on here have. They as always didn't know anything it was a little shop after all. But he ready his nokia engineers bulletin board and low and behold there both on it faults that can be sorted under warranty both have updated units and now both on order will be with him middle of next week pop my phone in job done.
Will update after and let you all know how it turns out.

AFDenmead... Hey, can you get your shop to get some details on the Nokia bulletin so I can have a right go at my customer service centre?

They insisted they upgraded my firmware, and lo and behold, it was... v11 to v11... GPS was the same, nothing had changed, the only difference was they had performed a hard reset and that was it.

If I got some information then I might be able to have a bit more of an argument with them.

got know info at min more than what the engineer said over the phone but when i drop my phone in and get it fixed will grab every bit of info I can part numbers the works and will ask if I can have a copy of his bulletins but every service centre should have them there sent out by nokia.
