Pls Help How to install 7650 OS(operating System)

My phone stuck! Error message says " System Error" my phone Shot off! What Should I do? Do i have to re install the OS? How? Where can i find OS? plsss help me!!!!!!! 😞

go to 7650 FAQ and look for hardreset. It should help.
