ram check ?

is there a way to find out what's sucking up all my ram - specifically ram ??

(i'm using the built in nokia 2 theme and only using the facebook widget)

wow !! just did a quick test.

Just switched facebook widget off and my ram went from 23.5 to a massive 34.9 mb.

hhhmmm so ...... do i really want to know that "emma has just had a mars bar" on my home screen, :hmmmm:

actually, i probably do 😃

Had a look on OVI store this morning for an APP to tell me how much RAM I'm using and couldn't find one... Any recommendations?

well Banzai, i have handy taskman which tells me how much ram i'm using but i'd really like an app to tell me what i'm using it on 😊

I use JBakTaskman , made by Symbian developer Juryi Bakunin . I'm not 100% sure for S60 v 5 , but I expect it to work :

Another nice app is Y-Task by Dr. Jukka Silvennoinen , and especially MemoryStatus plugin :

None of these show RAM-use separately though . Only closing apps one by one gives an indication .....

i know that when i do a reboot, and clean boot up with all startup items loaded, i get ~45MB RAM. over the course of the day it gradually decreases to about 25MB, probably used as cache or something
