just got the I8910 HD today, and was wondering how the hell do i launch the download app as im trying to install bbc iplayer on it but i can never find the downloads folder on the phone.
and also a question about the uk firmware, and if its possible to download it using a mac.

1) Go to www.google .co.uk and put in the search criteria:
"how to download iplayer i8910"
Most of the top ten hits are relevant.
Especially:

I created a 'downloads' folder myself on the e:\mass memory 8Gb area (using Y-browser; downloaded direct via the internal browser from drjukka.com), and dump whatever programs I can get to work in there...
2) I built a PC which runs XP just for using with the i8910, nothing else. (c/f security reasons). I own a Mac, but do not use it at all with the i8910. Do search/Google elsewhere. Sorry.
3) The i8910 is the most annoying handset I have ever owned.
