Exporting only calendar and contacts

Hi,

I'm getting really frustrated with my phone, it's slow and the memory card has disk errors. I want to format my phone.

Now Nokia's great minds do not seem to allow a back-up only of the contacts and calendar. I have to make a back-up of everything or nothing. How can I do it? I don't want to format just to stuff it full with crap again.

Using an N95 8GB with latest firmware.

Fixed,

My notebook DOES support these options. I have updated the Nokia software on my PC just now and it seems a whole different program.
