Try a hard reset. Press and hold Shift + Space + Backspace and turn on the phone. If this won't help nothing will.
If you have a memory card inserted, remove it before restarting. See if that helps.
I made the mistake of changing a name of one of my music albums stored in the mass memory. This made the phone reset itself after been on for about 2 minutes.
Never change anything to do with music. It always causes trouble for me.
Now I will use X-plore to delete the album/music track. Do a library refresh and then transfer the new folder/file, then do another library refresh.
To resolve my reset propblems I had to format my mass memory and do a hard reset. Mass memory format may have to be done a couple of times if your phone resets in the middle of a format.
