it always give an error

There is a huge thread on here somewhere about this very error - sometimes you can be lucky and change a registry setting and it works.

I just use PCSuite & Filemanager from Epochware - transfer your images without even getting your phone out you pocket - much better solution than sending from the phone anyways 😊

i can get image out using nokia suit but i also want to get the vidoes any other files out

The problem might be that Mrouter doesn't share BT link.

Solution Take PC Suite out of startup directory. Reboot. Activate BT on cellphone. Run software that came with BT. Should be able to send from phone to PC. File should be in BT outbox. Only run PC Suite when you want to use it, but you must reboot if you want to return to sending from phone to remove MRouter from memory.
