how come I cannot upgrade? — Nokia Nseries S60 5.0 phones (Nokia N97 and Nokia N97 mini)

I recently got a replacement phone from Nokia here in Norway, on the latest version 12 firmware, and typed as RM-505.. Is it everyone is excited, arts is nothing available for me on NSU. How can I figure out which product code I have and whether anything should be available for me? My last phone got an update he same first day as everyone else...

A point that might be relevant is that the new phone has what seems like an English keyboard, instead of the Norwegian one. Several letters are not as they say on the keyboard when I press them

So my product code is 0577221 which apparently does not have an update yet, and is not listed on the product code list in this forum.

I know about that, but won't it void the warranty? Anyway, I spoke to Nokia and it turns out they sent me the wrong phone. This means that I can get it replaced, but I have tto send it inin a fourth time to finally have fixed the GPS problems I had initially.
