Messages reverting back to C: after mass storage

I'm sure that this is probably a known bug, but is there a fix?

I have set my messages to save to the e: drive, but after connecting my phone in mass memory mode they have reverted back to C:

Can i fix this?

Dont think there is. Its a common known problem. Happens even after hooking your phone up in PC Suite mode. Very annoying, and not fixed in v20 either.

For me this problem happens even when not connecting to PC suite - really annoys me because I then end up with messages in two places, so I have to keep switching between different drives. Also, if it switches back to C without me knowing it means my email doesn't work until I notice and swtich back.

Just another example of how substandard the phone is!

The most annoying thing is, that it would seem to me that this must surely be a simple software fix!

Does it still happen if you connect in Bluetooth mode?
