Dear Ashwini,
even now I check with nokia software updater that for my product code there
is no update ( current version is V 12.0.026).
Incase if I take my phone to the nearest Nokia Care centre & if they tell me
that sorry sir, your phone is up to date we don't have any new update, my
time is waste. so let me know if it is 100% available with your care centre
I can run or else why should I waste my time.
Regarding camera there is also lens cover scratches , how do you rectify
this problem, in abroad, I read that Nokia is replacing that part. what is
your action on this. I have spent Rs 31K just 2 months back & it is showing
this kind of drawbacks.

Kindly revert me at the earliest as possible
K.S.Sathish

According to Nokia's website V2 is now available for 0587240. Maybe you will find the same?
Will update as soon as I get home!! 😃😃😃

Dear Sturjl,
yes you are correct your product code (0587240) got V20.
But still for us no updates. Is there any got update, plz confirm us.

Dear All,
finally today i updated my N97 through NCC. Today i called NCC & confirmed that they do update for my mobile, then i took it to them. And they updated it to V20 & gave me in the evening. So far no problem. Nothing new except for the Kinetic scrolling & Maps it has been downgraded to 3.01 ( previously i had 3.03 beta).
So for the people under same product code can check with the nearby NCC & get it update if you really needed.

Dear Sathpill, Do u still have the NDTV active widget on ur phone after the v20 update, bcz i lost all the pre-installed widgets on my phone after updating through NSU, and also i don't find letters embedded on the virtual dialpad.
