Cannot Access Profiles when cover is closed

I have a problem with my 9210 in that I cannot access the profiles from the
button on the front. When I press it, I either get a blank list and my keypad
just lights up.

However, I can change the profiles from the menu inside the communicator.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

I have a similiar problem I can access the prifiles from the cover, but only those being there by defaulr by Nokia, not my own ones. They are to see in the list but cannot be chosen.
