Does any one know how to clean the inside screen. I can clean the screen but is there anyway to get off the marks from the keys off the screen please????hanks,

Like you can read in the last thread , the touching keyboard is only seen in the first E90 versions . It can be replaced under warranty . I still use the old keyboard as it doesn't worry me .

I used the methods in your links. They worked well except, it looks like the keys have left a mark on the screen which doesn't seem to want to come off. Do they actually go into the glass on the screen or can they be cleaned off also????

Yes you are right . After two years of use with the first keypad still mounted , there are a few scratches on the inner screen . Positioned on the places where the keys touch the screen .
I didn't try yet , but this could be an solution , but a new keypad will be the best : not touching the inner screen .

You can only see it when the screen is blank. When it is on and lit up you can't see the scratches. I did have some special cleaner for my IPOD when I had it and I am not sure if I still have it or not. It was to clean scracthes off it. I will see if I still have it. The Brasso sounds good and we do have some but I don't want to make it worse since you can't see it with the screen on.
