GPS performance after V20 & Repair

Well here is my report on the N97 v20 firmware on an RM-507 with the "supposed" GPS hardware repair applied:

Nokia Maps version 3.01 09wk30 b02
Map data version 0.1.22.103

It doesn't work very well at all.

1. While outdoors, the GPS "fix" keeps jumping...even while reporting 5 to 9 green bars of GPS signal it shows me 30-40 yards EAST from my real location based on the map background.

2. Using the positioning tool on the map background, it shows my supposed position as a non-existent address (bad interpolation or did they not encode real addresses in the Map data?).

3. Using the Search function for my real numeric address it shows it as being 30-40 yards WEST of where it should be on the map background.

All told this puts the GPS fix versus numeric address at a delta of 60-80 yards EAST/WEST variance.

Trying someone's suggestion to turn off A-GPS, run Maps and then re-enable....this didn't help any.

Using the Location applet to look at the raw GPS data, I noticed that the "Altitude acc" numbers keep jumping...from -19 ft to as much as 507 ft.

The HARDWARE FIX done to my N97 several weeks ago at NokiaUSA repair center seemed to work okay with v12, but now with v20 it is WAY OFF!!!

WHAT WAS THE NAME OF THAT CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT ATTORNEY AGAIN?

I've sent mine off twice now, first time they "repaired" it, second time they replaced it (with a EURO product code instead of UK)(and it wasn't a brand new handset either, i can still see the square mark on the camera lens where someone had cut a peice of screen protector to protect the lens.). The replacement seemed to work fine and the GPS worked as it should, getting a quick lock in all apps that use/need GPS.

Then i updated to v20 firmware. Now it struggles to find a signal in some apps like ARound. I've not had that app working at all since v20.
