Nokia must know that they've cross-the-threshold (jumped the shark!) when they disenfranchised so many loyal customers with the N97 when they'll go out of their way to create a website to freely discuss their feelings about the N97.
I can't say I'm very satisfied by my N97, but most claims made by the page you linked are patently false and many very stupid too.
Moreover if you actually try to read the "bad" N97 review he lists , you will see that, far from being negative reviews, they just write that the N97 could have been better (and I agree with this too).
I have also an HT Hero (great phone) and I have preordered the HTC HD2 wich I wait to receive this week, but for the moment I decided to kep my N97 too at least until I have sent it back to Nokia to get fixed and until I manage to download the 2.0 Rom.
