For some reason i just cant connect to the internet using my laptop via usb and ive used it recently. i have tried uninstalling all nokia proggys and no joy but i have noticed the ota modem icon in connections has disappeared completely 😮 . when i fire up the ovi proggy and set ota for voda uk it simply says disconnected any help as to how to get the settings back cheers

My phone is 4 months old and I did a firmware update to V20. My Messages programme stopped working: I couldn't open text messages or download emails.
The USB connection kept disconnecting after three minutes, so I could not reinstall existing firmware. A hard reset didn't work either.
My phone is now back at the store whence I bought it, and I don't want it back really. I'm back on my N95.
