Music Store

I recommended an N97 to my colleague (before I found out all its bugs).

Anyhow he's got a problem with Nokia Music Store in that he has bought an album, and if he goes to Music > Music Store he can see a list of everything he has downloaded with options to Open the item or hide the list.

But when he goes into Music Player, the music isn't there. He can't save the items from the list, and if he opens the file in Music player, there also isn't the option to save the item that's being played either while it's playing or after closing the Music Player.

I don't know if that makes sense.

Its as if the N97 doesn't recognise Music Store downloaded files.

And typically, if you go to the Music Store website, it doesn't list the N97 in the list of compatible phones! What a swiz!

That's definitely been done. I did it myself!

I found the files all hanging around in Mass Memory\system\dmgr\101ffb51\contents

So I copied them to the computer, imported into Nokia Music, transferred to the phone and deleted those.

Reboot phone, go into Music Store on the phone - they're still there as downloads! WTH!
