Hello Guys, i have encounter problem on my 5800 the shortcut keys are not been shown on the main screen and i cant click the keypad icon even the contacts icon, and i send it to nokia care they said that it is firmware problem, any of you guys encounter this kind of problem my Firmware version is V31.0.008 :frown:

I suppose you didn't encounter the problem from the start ? The Nokia Service answer is not a correct one , I believe .

For a hard reset aka Vulcan Death Grip , you need Backup of all personal data on PC .
