Hi,
Just checked my product code (0585162) on the Nokia 'Device Software Update' site, and it is showing that V20.0.19 is available.
Nothing showing via the phone OTA check though.
May finally take the plunge and update the phone, but apart from backing up the phone, is there anything in particuar I should also make sure is completed before the update.
For such a large firmware update it is best supplied to a vanilla phone and then reloaded piece meal, bit by bit, only using the backup to restore Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Messages and Bookmarks.
There is a guide to this here:-

It may seem a long winded way of doing it but it does negate a lot of problems experienced by people on this forum.
Good luck!

Thanks for the reply, I will note down all the Apps, etc I have installed, and re-install after the update, complete with Contacts, etc from my OVI suite backup.

I created a folder on my Mass Memory entitled "N97 App's" which contains 2 sub folders, "C:" and "E:", in which I store all the current installer files for my N97. I also keep a duplicate on my computer. Then, when the need arises, I just go through on the phone and reinstall everything.
I find it makes things a lot simpler when it comes to doing a full reinstall, or if a specific prog misbehaves.
Just got home and checked, but the V20 update does not show on NSU.
Oh well, keep checking I guess !!
