I'm new and I couldn't find the right topic to answer my query.
I have got this phone and I wanna remove the o2 welcome/goodbye logos.
I know I have to change the product code with NSS which I have never done before but doesnt seem hard to do. I installed the NSS and connect my phone like it should've been done. Open the program and when I went to ''phone info'' and clicked scan, at the bottom left cornet it was written ''Scan for product...'' and after a few seconds it was written ''Scan for product...Error!''. I tried another computer as well and even option ''scan for new device'' doesnt work at all. I dont know what is going on and I hope someone will help me.
