Can anyone tell me how to correct the combination of wallpaper/cba picture so they match ? I think it's due to an overlay for the text on the wallpaper ? It's really annoying to have a nice picture which then looks odd when it's applied...
And if anyone knows about either using the left pane or resetting the pda boot picture (the hands) that would be really good too...
I have it in a tutorial, which is almost done, but like some people might know, I've been promising this tutorial quite a while now :s

This is from memory but, desk background 454 pixels, and cba bar 113 pixels.

Sorry if I wasn't clear - I have the sizes OK, it's the way it looks when it's installed - the main picture seems to have an extra layer over it, it's not the same brightness/contrast as the cba picture...
That's unavoidable, the phone does that so you don't have your background too dark (it's the only reason I can think of), but it doesn't alpha blend so even if you darken that section before installing it won't look the same once the phone's effect is applied.
Only if you use my tutorial you'll be able to compensate! 😃 😃 😃 ain't I a bitch? 😉
