So, if anyone's interested:

This case seems to be a unique case and is distributed by Waikiki Dive Shop in Singapore (www.waikikidive.com).

The owner - John Lee - was helpful to the point where he asked me how many cases I'd like to buy and I answered "only one". Haven't heard anything since then.
