Password to Lock the Phone

Hi
I can't find in the manual what the original password is. I want to lock the phone when it goes into screensaver mode or when I switch it on.

i think it was 0000 or 1234 8)

It was 0000.
Just got to try and figure out why it doesn't work. I set it to OFF. I then turn the phone on, but it doesn't ask me for the password?

What am I doing wrong?

I've just changed it to "Power ON" and that works fine, so what is the Power Off one for?
