Hello guys , this is my first post , so sorry for any errors. ( Maybe im not in the right section ).
I have an Nokia 6600i
an there is the function " Set a password " for my memory card ( Micro )
i set a password and it says Password SET done ( Something like this )!
but when i go to memory card , i can enter there without a password.
So it says that there is a password , but the memory card is not locked.
PLEASE can anyone help me ??
The MC and your personal phone are co-operating partners .
When a password is set to the MC , the MC shouldn't stop working . The MC recognises your phone as the correct one .
Only in irregular circumstances , you will be asked for the PW .
These circumstances can be :
- the MC is inserted to another phone
- after Firmware update etc .
On the contrary , your phone + MC are locked by the Security Code , with an extra PW for MC when it is inserted to an incorrect phone .
Don't forget your PW !!!!

Thanks a lot dude , but how can i lock my MC . .
for example , when im using my phone , and i want to enter MC , i have to write the pw to enter .. 😃
