sms conversation on n97, too much to ask for?

ok, i am very happy with my n97, but there is one this missing- a conversation application! is this too much to ask for? has anyone found a app that does this properly on the n97? i dont want to self sign isms. i have looked at threadsms by handysoft and sms chat but no sure about them, especially as they dont have kinetic scrolling. can anyone suggest a program for me? i dont mind paying for it. what does everyone else use?

Is there a signed version of this? I tried installing this before and it didn't look that straight forward so I gave up.

What's the nokia one you mention? Not seen that on ovi.

Could only find the unsigned one I'm afraid but it is worth the effort. I use it constantly and have the icon on homescreen.

Conversation is a much neglected beta Nokia app along similar lines for the S60 v3 only which I still have on my N95 8GB. See here:-

i'm not sure about the process of getting free isms signed, i'm a little wary of it. does it invalidate the warranty?

is there anything out there that really does work which i can just pay for?

has anyone on here bought a app that does this for the N97 which works well and they would recommend?

Thanks
